20' Spider

Ready to demolish your city (or wow visitors at a trade show) is a 20' aluminum spider.  We custom engineered and fabricated this monster to knock down into 4x8 crates for shipping.  We'll take on any crazy project! 

L'Etoile / Graze

Two Restaurants with head chef Tori Miller.  L'Etoile is relocated and Graze is new both in the US Bank Plaza on the square.  Hoffman Manufacturing built interior and exterior elements such as architectural millwork, metal decorative railings, a copper panel door, concrete bar top, and outdoor aluminum canopy.  Go there.  See our work.  And definitely eat the food!  Photos by Erik Gennerman.

TREK Stop

In 2008, TREK Bicycle contracted us to build the TREK Stop bike kiosk and vending.  It was decked out with a work area, video screens, and vending for stuff like bike parts and energy bars.  Interesting enough, the current operator of this kiosk says condoms are a big seller in the vending machine.

Aluminum Trellis

This aluminum trellis is 70’ long and only supported on the ends.  It was critical it could not deflect more than a 1” over that span.  Ok, we did pay an outside engineering firm to check over our work just to play it safe.  Yeah, we can make stuff like this!

40 Foot Conference Table

Not only is this conference table huge at 40' long but it is made from exotic hardwoods and veneers.  Of course we made the metal structure that supports it.

Douwe Egbert Coffee Station

These are modular carts on steel frames with wood panels.  Another great example of our metal and wood combined ability.  Built for Food Concepts Incorporated in Middleton, WI.

Rocky Rococo Salad Bar

This salad bar ships knock-down and assembles on site.  Of course is has a metal frame.  Made for Food Concepts Incorporated in Middleton, WI.

Steep N Brew grocery merchandiser

Traditionally, coffee merchandisers consist of bulky, utilitarian cabinets.  Steep & Brew of Madison, Wisconsin, required a customized version that would be both modern and modular in its design.  The resulting product designed and made by Hoffman Manufacturing Corporation, also of Madison, can be knocked down and conveniently carried in the back of a salesperson’s vehicle with no assistance required at set up.  The light-weight concept is inherently as well as economically attractive, with convenient features like a tamper-proof bar across the bulk bins appealing to both customer and seller.  The unique design of this merchandiser provides a premium shopping experience to buyers within the grocery aisle, directly translating to increased sales of Steep & Brew products since the display’s introduction.

Contract Furniture

Indeed simple chairs and stools but custom and super durable.  Concept to prototype to production very fast.  We can produce nearly 100 per day here in Madison.

Bank interior

The interior of this bank shows not only our woodworking capability but also mix in materials.  Radius work is easy with Solidworks 3-D design software and our CNC routers.  Smart cabinet makers help too of course.

Pack N Ship

This is another great example of a fixture with wood and metal.  Panel processing, metal fabrication, powder coating, assembly - All under our roof.  And capacity, we built hundreds and hundreds.
